Eddie Skiba hits 2025 running with the release of his latest studio album, ‘Alternate Reality’. Skiba is a singer/songwriter creating his own infectious brand of indie rock. He has earned himself a stellar reputation as a songwriter and live performer exuding a natural chemistry and sincere presence with his five-piece band. Inspired by bands like Midnight Oil, Eskimo Joe, The Killers, The Cure, Powderfinger, The Kooks, Coldplay and Muse, his lyrics are an amalgam of thoughtful, personal, social and political imagery.
Skiba’s latest release ‘Alternate Reality’ is full of well crafted, hook-laden melodies and driving sounds conjuring up a ten-track journey of light and shade, adding to previous highly acclaimed releases, “Chasing Rainbows’, ‘Bullet De Bloom’, ‘Dig It’, and ‘Blend on the Border’.
