Ellis Beach Reggae Roots is hosting a special one-off Thursday Edition, welcoming Nattali Rize and her full band to Far North Queensland! We normally do our ting on a Saturday, but this was an opportunity we just couldn’t turn down — so we’re gathering on a Thursday evening for a unique reggae show that you can only find here.

Kicking off the night is Icaro, bringing their signature blend of deep Amazonian spirit and roots reggae soul. Hailing from Colombia and now based in Cairns, this crew has been igniting festival stages across the region all year. They’re returning to Ellis Beach as Reggae Roots favourites, ready to deliver another uplifting set and set the perfect tone for a powerful evening of reggae energy.

Our main event: The Nattali Rize live show is world-renowned for being high-energy, thought-provoking, inspiring, and uplifting. The powerhouse band channels deep world and reggae influences to create an epic, one-of-a-kind experience. This will be the FIRST full-band live performance in Australia in years! Cairns is lucky to experience this first.
