Meow Meow Night

Saturday the 14th of January the German Club will play host the debut of Forest. (ex-almost a square members) and the farewell of their cat loving guitarist Kelly Montgomery, all in one night!

Joined by Skapunk cookies Jobstopper and the soothing solo tunes of Jeremiah Johnson, as well as Ray Danes patient acoustic sounds

According to Sam Jansen from Forest:-

“Meow Meow Night is the Farewell of Forest Guitarist and Co-Creator Kelly Montgomery and also the Debut gig for Forest, the gig was set up after only weeks ago Kelly informed myself and the rest of the band that he would be leaving. Kelly has been one of the key writers in this band and helped conceive it with myself and Peter so there was no way in hell we could let him leave Cairns without ever playing these songs live. Meow Meow Night will be hosted at The German Club on Winkworth Street, an amazing and almost deliciously secret venue we only discovered after attending the MOFO Christmas party a few weeks back.“

This will be the greatest Farewell / Debut gig in the history of Farewell / Debut gigs ever!
