Another great chill out afternoon in store for punters at the Grand Hotel this Sunday with 3 great original acts.

Chris Holliday will be starting the afternoon off at 3pm. Originally a percussionist, later a singer & guitarist and now a music tutor… In one show Chris Holliday produces sounds and stories that will explode from the stage to leave listeners with an impression of “what just happened”. The show itself is a solo act. Nothing you will hear is pre-recorded, EVERYTHING is created on the spot. No two performances are ever the same. Lyrically smooth (and always a little deep) the characters and stories are shared with listeners through words, music and the overall feel & emotion held within and then ejected with Chris H’ unique delivery. Chris recently released his EP “4 Faces” Chris takes the stage at 3pm.

Bluesman G.G Davies will be playing the 4pm set this week. George has been a bit quiet on social media lately due to some hacks on his Facebook page, but assures us he is rearing to go on Sunday! Remember, careful what you click on people!

Guitar teacher extroidinaire Bobby Maguire will be playing the 5pm set this week. After a recent hand injury, Bobby is back in the saddle and ready to play. Last year Bobby Maguire released his dynamic new single ‘Breathe’ produced which was recorded by Mark Meyers at Big Sister Studio. Written by the ocean and inspired by the likes of the Naked and Famous, Radiohead and Kings of Leon, ’Breathe’ incorporates elements of progressive rock, punk, pop and jazz to form a dynamic composition of pressure, release and resolve.
