With a career spanning over 40 years, 20 albums and six American Top 40 singles, Don McLean is renowned as one of the truly great singers & songwriters in contemporary music history.

His songs, inspired by true stories of love, tragedy and heartbreak, have been covered by Elvis Presley, Shirley Bassey, Glen Campbell, Josh Groban, George Michael, Madonna and even punk band NOFX. In turn, Don McLean’s gifted storytelling was the inspiration for the Roberta Flack classic ‘Killing Me Softly’.
