Diving into deep emotional depths and everyday thoughts through introspective lyricism, dreamy synth laden sounds and atmospheric guitar melodies, the brother-sister duo Glider Pilots is formed by Benjamin and Samantha Hope.

Having released two EPs previously, as well as a number of singles, the duo further transformed their sound for their debut album; creating twelve poetic, indie, alternative, blues infused songs, with inspiration drawn from the late 70’s and early 80’s music they grew up listening to.

Their single in lead up to the debut album ‘Expose to Weather’ was featured across many different medias: Top charts on radio (eg 4ZZZ,Triple J Unearthed),Happy Magazine, Newspapers across Australia (The Mercury, The Cairns Post etc), Spotify playlists (Happy Mag Tv, Fresh Finds) YouTube playlists and channels, Song pick of the day (Glamglare) and more.

The Duo have now released their first album “Talk Free” which you can check out below. Glider Pilots will also be performing this Wednesday the 7th June at Cairns Dinner Theatre, tickets $12 at the door and includes a physical copy of the CD.
