Eli Birchall will be kicking off Resonate at 2pm this week. Eli has never failed to impress the Resonate crowd with his soulful original tunes and occasional eclectic cover (he does an awesome version of Tom Waits “Way Down In the Hole”). We hope to hear some new recorded product from Eli soon.

Eddie Skiba will be playing the 3pm set at Resonate this week. Eddie Skiba is no stranger to the Resonate stage and his catchy, well crafted songs always go down a treat with the Resonate crowd. Eddie has recently released a new album titled “Blend On The Border” and has been getting around the country doing launch shows. Check out Mitch Sullivan’s excellent review of Blend On The Border.

The Welsh Wonder of the world, mr Steve Williams will be playing the 4pm set at Resonate this week. Steve has recently release his new album “Mosey” that was self produced with the big fella playing all instruments himself. Steve made a big impression at his last Resonate appearance and we look forward to hearing his ridiculously catchy tunes again.

Bosko & Honey will be playing the 5pm set this week at Resonate. Back from their recent adventures in TV land on “Australias Got Talent” the duo tell me they are ready to play the new venue, but is the new venue ready for them? It’s always a delight to see the looks on people’s faces the first time they see Bosko & Honey, if you haven’t caught them before, expect the unexpected!

Resonate kicks off at 2pm every Sunday at Cairns Courthouse Hotel. Entry is free.

Resonate is on rain hail or shine. In the event of bad weather Resonate will be moved inside to the main bar area. If the weather is awesome, it will on the front lawn.
