Resonate – Rebecca Langtree, Steve Williams, Ju Ju Moon, Stuart Hutton

Resonate takes off again next week at Cairns Courthouse Hotel with 4 great original acts.

The always amazing Rebecca Langtree will be playing the 3pm set this week, Bec always gets the crowd going with her awesome original tunes. Steve Williams will be playing the 4pm set this week, the big fella writes songs that would make the likes of Neil Finn or Noel Gallagher blush, very catchy, with hooks galore. Steve has recently released his CD “Mosey”.

Ju Ju Moon will be making the journey up from Mission Beach to play the 5pm set this week. Always popular with the crowd, Karens soaring vocals and Sax playing float effortlessly over Ian’s acoustic guitar rhythms. Great songs with a few guaranteed laughs.

Newcomer to Resonate Stuart Hutton (Pictured) makes his Resonate debut this week at 6pm. Stuart Hutton is a self taught singer-songwriter who began in Bristol, England. Taking influence from various folk and blues artists around the world, his unique vocal compliments a percussive playing style on the acoustic guitar.

Presented by Pandamonium Records and originally starting in 2003 at the Courthouse Hotel on Thursday nights, and then for several years at the Grand Hotel, Resonate has recently returned to the Cairns Courthouse Hotel with a new Sunday afternoon session format. Resonate has become a local institution with Dan Sultan, Emma Louise, Danny Ross, Steve Towson and many more having all played Resonate early in their careers. Resonate is not an open mic night, and all artists are paid to ensure the best quality original artists are attracted and quality control is maintained.

Resonate kicks off at 3pm every Sunday at Cairns Courthouse Hotel. Entry is free.

Resonate is on rain hail or shine. In the event of bad weather Resonate will be moved inside to the main bar area.
