A Tanks’ series that showcases the best of live and local music, this month proudly presents Leanne Tennant, Brealyn Sheehan and support duo, Glider Pilots on Friday the 16th of September.

FNQ based singer songwriter, Leanne Tennant, is launching her new album RED WINE, LATE NIGHTS. She’s recently been featured in Rolling Stone, took home the 2015 QLD Music Award for best ‘Blues & Roots’ artist and was nominated for the Billy Thorpe Scholarship. Leanne has shared the stage with Cold Chisel, The Basics, Emma Louise, Ash Grunwald, Katie Noonan and more.

Brealyn Sheehan’s stylish path of contemporary music has been described as ‘red velvet meets the wild west’. The local songstress released her first single earlier this year, Temptation’s Door, exploring the universal themes of love, desire and longing, captivating her audiences with her sassy stage presence and smooth vocals.

Support Act, Glider Pilots, are brother sister duo Ben and Sammy Hope. Born and raised in FNQ, their music revolves around the use of delicate guitar melodies and breathy vocals, backed by synthesisers and drum machines.
