2 acts make their debut to Resonate this week, along with a welcome return performance by Jeremiah Johnson who made a big impression on the Resonate crowd last time with his awesome slide guitar and well crafted songs.

Acoustic trio Sweet K, fronted by Kelly Moran will be kicking the night off on Thursday with a set of their original tunes. Kelly first hit the Cairns original music scene back in the 90s with her band “Raven Mad” and played the old Johnos among other venues. Stay tuned for a story on Sweet K early this week on NQMP.

Rootsy troubadour Jeremiah Johnson plays the middle set at Resonate this week. Jeremiah needs no introduction, being a regular on the local festival and original music circuit. Jeremiah recently released a video for his song “Ganesh” which you can read about and watch HERE

Last, but certainly not least is the award winning songstress Greta Rose Stanley. Greta has won Cairns Post awards, writes and sings some incredible tunes, and is bound for much bigger things, catch her while you can!

Resonate kicks off every Thursday night from 7pm at the Grand Hotel in Cairns. Pub priced drinks, great music, free entry.
